If you and your family or group of friends have always talked about upgrading your skills, then this is the program for you.  If you have felt limited by your skills or are concerned that you could be tripping more safely, then you could benefit from taking a custom white water canoe course.  Topics on custom courses include, but are not limited to:

- Reading white water

3. -Paddling “shooting” white water
   

- Swimming in white water

- Rope work and safety

- Knots

2. -Advanced paddling techniques
   

Custom courses can be run anywhere, but we like to go to familiar places like Palmer Rapids, the Lower Madawaska, the Ottawa, or other similar rivers.  Courses can include an overnight expedition.  Phone or email us for more details about what you want to cover and why you’re taking a course and available dates and rates.  We will do our best to meet your needs.  We request that your group be at least 3 or more people.
